Social Services/Laborers of Love

Mission Statement:

The overall goal of the Social Service Commission Ministry is to meet the needs of the total man by providing service.  We service every aspect to better meet the needs of our members and the community.  We minister to the sick, shut-in and nursing home members by rendering services such as communion dedication, re-dedication, spiritual support, and if needed the plan of salvation and baptism.  Ministries that are covered under Social Services Commission are  Pearl Kirk Labors of Love Ministry and Mable Johnson Food Pantry. The food pantry is open every Friday of the month (except the 3rd Friday) from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
